"Dr. Anthony is a super hero! I came into Eastside with severe limitations from knee pain. His in-person work with dry needling and massaging provided immediate relief. Over the next 3 months Dr. A continued the much-needed work and gave me at-home exercises that took care of the rest of my pain, allowing me to strengthen the areas where the pain was occurring for long-term success. As an active runner, cyclist, and basketball player, my knees take a lot of pressure, but we were able to discuss continued motions that allow me to warm up better and keep my strength. I'd recommend Eastside Movement to anyone."

"Erin was awesome!!! Her treatment plan has led me to really change the way I work out. I know what kinds of strength exercises to do now to keep my lower body and core in good shape for running without knee pain. I feel like I got a two-for-one deal—PT and personal training! Would definitely come back to Erin again in the future."

"I have been working with Amy at Eastside Movement Company for a little more than three months, and the experience has been transformational. My knee pain is gone; my shoulder is dramatically stronger, more stable, and essentially pain-free. Amy is a pleasure to work with, she is incredibly knowledgeable, and the exercises that she has given me have been excellent. I recommend EMC without hesitation to anyone who needs PT."

"I've been working with Dr. Anthony for several months to help heal an overuse knee injury I suffered, and the gains we have been able to make together in that short time have been tremendous. Dr. Anthony implemented a physical therapy regimen that has not only helped alleviate my knee pain but also has led to gains on the bike. Both Dr. Amy and Dr. Anthony are great cyclists and even better people!"

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist in Texas?
No, you do not need a referral to see a physical therapist in Texas. You can schedule directly with us for an evaluation and treatment. If you have insurance that requires a referral, we can help guide you through that process, but most of our clients come to us directly.
How long does knee pain physical therapy take?
The length of treatment depends on your specific condition, goals, and how your body responds to therapy. Many of our clients with knee pain start feeling relief within the first few visits, but we typically recommend 8-12 weeks of treatment to address the root cause and build long-term resilience. We'll create a personalized timeline during your initial evaluation.
Do you accept insurance?
We are out-of-network with all health insurance companies. This allows us to provide 60-75 minute one-on-one sessions without the constraints of insurance guidelines. You pay us directly, and we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.
